ILF represents the Arab Investment Company in a USD 25 million financing granted by the Arab African International Bank to finance
up to 71.5% of the borrower’s project investment cost as well as to reimburse up to 71.5% of the borrower’s payments already made
to contractors and suppliers. The Arab Investment Company is looking to expand its business in the Hotels and Development sector.
The project is the construction and completion of a new extension for Hilton Plaza located inHurghada which comprises of a five star
hotel up to 242 rooms along with a commercial area center of gross leasable area of up to 23,850 m2 as well as the renovation of the
Hilton Plaza Hurghada Hotel.
